UPI provided FEED study services to support Targa in the initial phases of this project, which included a combined nearly 900 miles, split into six (6) different segments throughout Texas.

Upon completion of the FEED studies, UPI was awarded to provide full EPCM services for the South Branch Project. This project consisted of approximately 275 miles of 30-inch NGL pipeline from West Grand Prix Junction to Mont Belvieu, Texas.

In addition to EPCM services, UPI was responsible for project management, project controls, survey and inspection, commissioning support, maintaining cost reporting services for the overall project, monitoring owners’ subcontractors, and review of all invoices by 3rd parties.
